Model-informed drug development: Case studiesStockholm Uppsala Pharmacometrics meeting

Welcome to this afternoon which will showcase how modeling transforms clinical development decisions across modalities and therapeutic areas.

Talks will demonstrate models anchored in clinical data driving dose and schedule optimization, endpoint selection, patient enrichment, study designs, go/no-go, pediatric extrapolation, labeling, and postmarketing commitments. Content will span population PK/PD, exposure–response, disease progression, PBPK, QSP, and model-based meta-analysis. Case studies will highlight measurable impacts on decisions, timelines, cost, and probability of success.
